Key Achievement
I designed and developed a bespoke user experience evaluation application that enabled my team to analyze and compare Fidelity’s suite of compliance applications against a defined set of usability criteria.

The Evaluation Application provided a baseline of usability issues, where the effectiveness of improvements could be easily tracked and compared as they were implemented. This early warning system allowed the product team to adust or pivot as necessary, therefore avoiding expensive redesigns or delays later in the development cycle.

I conducted research, analysis and drove the improvement of Fidelity’s suite of compliance applications. I was pivotal in the design, development, and art direction, consulting with teams within compliance and across the enterprise. Key Achievement
I conducted a comprehensive analysis and redesign of the global process for the mass production of e-learning video content. This culminated in the production of a “Video Production Playbook” that became the standard video production model for the organisation.

The new global video production process ensured that videos and their related assets were structured in a manner that allowed effective shipping across global locations. This resulted in a dramatic reduction in data losses, file errors, and post-production maintenance. Additionally, the system created a framework that reduced the time overhead and cost of video post-production.

I drove the product design of “Modelstream”, Emuse’s flagship interactive advertising content creation platform.

Modelstream simplified the creation and deployment of interactive content across global satellite broadcasters. Interactive applications could now be created by designers where previously teams of developers were required. Additionally, this led to the creation of skinnable advertising templates allowing clients to easily create their own content; resulting in a dramatic increase in advertising revenues. A dedicated advertising business unit was created to handle the increased demand.

Research and development of new software applications to increase the effectiveness of interactive marketing for digital television. Responsible for ensuring project requirements and design specifications were met and that the highest standards of quality were maintained after each development cycle.
